John and Patrick have been so amazing. This is by far the best customer service I have ever received from a company. They have made the whole experience wonderful. John always gets back to you in a timely fashion with so much information. Even during the Black Friday period he worked with me and my company closely to make sure we recieved our shipment on time. In a very pragmatic way. The blanka platform is user-friendly, the service is always quick and provides answers to all queries. The online chat is super practical and whenever we are lucky enough to be assisted by John we are sure that we will have a solution to whatever our challenge may be. It's much more interesting to work this way.

I would definitely recommend Blanka if your starting your own skincare or makeup brand. There are a wide variety of high quality products which can be customized. There are also options for dropshipping or storing your own inventory. The team (Lee and Patrick) at Blanka are excellent and communication is great, there is always someone from the team available to help and support you on your beauty brand journey!

This is a really great service. The team, specifically Yasi and John (whom we deal directly with), and of course Lee (via email notices) have been more than gracious, patient and helpful to our team in building our brand. All communication is rapid and clear. The attention to detail, even with great suggestions for design, are top notch. We're excited to continue our relationship with Blanka. And we're so excited to have found clean, natural products we can stand behind!

I have to give KUDOS to the wonderful, very patient, hold-my-hand customer service received on multiple occasions from John. It didn't matter what the issue was I was constantly being reminded to take my time and reassured we would get through it, and until we did stayed by my side for almost 2 hours one day. I usually try to figure things out on my own and never bother customer service, but I was completely at ease, and any questions I had, no matter how silly I thought it was, didn't feel awkward asking. Not only was advice given, but articles regarding the topic were immediately on my screen for reference. It was like my mind was being read, and the path of our conversation was not foreign. I appreciate the kindness and care shown to me when I'm entering a new chapter I've always wanted to write and without John I would be so lost. So THANKYOU John!
