They were kind and tried to make things right, and I genuinely hope their business keeps growing.

That said, the shipping was just too slow...over a week for a basic highlighter isn’t ideal. I had to cancel, and my customer wasn’t happy.

The app’s also a bit pricey, with limited flexibility. Not the best fit for a fast-moving store, but I’m rooting for them to improve.
