Have VIP membership but no priority on orders.
Extremely disappointed with Blanka’s service. We’ve had a customer order pending for more than **seven business days**, and the product hasn't even been processed yet. This isn’t the first time we've faced such delays. Every time, it seems we have to reach out to get things moving. The lack of urgency and reliability in their order processing is unacceptable.
For a company with such high reviews, I’m baffled by how long it takes for them to start production and fulfill orders. If you’re looking for timely and dependable service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

John has always gone out of his way to respond quickly & effectively. He has helped me several times & always goes the extra mile, as has Beck.
