Terrible experience. Sales plummeted and our ad spend went very high after we onboarded with Blend. We ended up cancelling due to the poor ROAS. After we cancelled, Blend continued to charge us for their platform and 10% of our adwords spend, even though we weren't using their platform. When we disputed it with Blend, the owner refused to refund us. We had to get our bank to block them from charging. Would not recommend.
Expectations are a curious thing—set them too high, and nobody's happy. Just to clear the air, sales didn’t plummet; in fact, during your short time using the app, they actually started growing. So while we appreciate the dramatic flair, it's important to set the record straight.
As for the charges, they’re always retrospective because they’re based on your ad spend—this was explained multiple times. And let's not forget, a founder offered to discuss your experience, but you declined.
Nevertheless—wishing you lots of success in your ecomm journey!
Has promise but is poor. Its most certainly is NOT automated and requires significant input. Also full ad customization isn't available.

Our experience with Blend was incredibly poor. After trialling it across 2 of our businesses, we saw our sales plummet and our ad spend quadruple. Our short trial of blend cost us over $10K in advertising spend and blend fees. When we cancelled the accounts, Blend continued to bill us to the point we had to advise our bank to block their charges. We requested a refund of the platform fees we were charged by Blend, however they refused to even respond to this request.
We're more into marathons than sprints. And yes your ad spend increased, because you chose to increase it.
The charges you mention are retrospective, these are based on previous ad spend. We tried explaining this a few times, sorry if it didn’t quite click.
Not only did we respond to your request - the team offered a one on one meeting with our founder - which you declined.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Joined Blend extremely excited with their salesperson describing their platform as an AI tool more powerful than Metas algorithm. I joined, my old adds went off and sales completely stopped. It was a week of no sales for our store losing thousands in revenue. Their uncaring staff finally notified me AFTER 1 WEEK it wasn't set up correctly.
You have to connect your Shopify store, google analytics ect, for what reason I'm not sure. They say you need a few months to see positive results. My store already has a lot of data and I assumed Blend would leverage that data.
NOT the case, they told me it has to make its own data, so you are almost starting from scratch again when you join blend.
After around 10 days of paying for a monthly subscription to blend, I decided enough is enough and told them I want out, they didnt have to refund for the month but I want no more charges.
I left them and have been doing great back using Meta and Google again (nothing will beat doing your adds directly on those platforms) (you will also get much better results using an agency if you don't know how to run adds.
Today ( 1 month later) I have received a random charge from Blend after they already took my money for the month before. They have cost our store. We deleted the shopify app as soon as we left them.
SHOPIFY - PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY RIPPING SHOPIFY STORE OWNERS OFF. Once the app is deleted there should be no more charges, it is ridiculous that Shopify promotes a company like this in their app store.
Everyone reading this review and considering this company, this app might seem easy and convenient, but your SALES WILL SUFFER.
Look elsewhere guys.

The app says it has a Usage fee + 10% of ad spend, but after making you waste a lot of time connecting the pixels, it forces you to install Pulse. There's a 30-day Pulse trial with a cost of $99 monthly, and another called Blend AI with a cost of $150 + 10% of your Ad Spend monthly. People, don't waste your time, it's misleading advertising on Shopify, I do not recommend it, you cannot trust liars.

Fee Structure: Our app page and website both clearly state that there's an Access fee + 10% of your ad spend to use Blend. This info isn't hidden anywhere.
Pulse Tool: Pulse is optional. You can unselect it anytime you want. We offer it for free initially because it has been proven to boost ad performance, but you're not forced to use it. If you don’t want it, just unselect it.

As a new clothing brand, I was excited to establish a unique identity rather than resorting to random dropshipping, and after researching various Shopify apps, I decided to give Blend a try. However, my experience with Blend has been less than satisfactory.
My initial enthusiasm quickly waned when I felt that Blend did not consider my status as a new brand worthy of their assistance. It was disheartening to realize that, despite my aspirations to create something original, the app seemed more inclined to support established brands rather than helping emerging ones.
The major setback was the perceived lack of support for new brands. Blend seemed to dismiss my endeavors, and the impression was that unless you're already a successful or well-known entity, you might not receive the attention or assistance you need. This attitude was a letdown, especially considering the emphasis many platforms place on supporting entrepreneurship and fostering growth.
While I acknowledge that Blend may work well for others, particularly those with more established brands, the disregard for newcomers like myself was disappointing. As a business owner, I believe in reciprocal relationships, and it's disheartening when an app doesn't see the potential for growth in a new brand.
In conclusion, Blend may be a suitable choice for certain businesses, but if you're a new clothing brand looking to create your own identity, be prepared for potential challenges and a lack of support from this app. I hope that Blend reevaluates its approach to accommodate the diverse needs of all businesses, regardless of their stage of development. As for me, I'll be exploring alternative options that better align with my vision for success.

The return on ad spend is way to low to justify the exorbitant monthly commission rate of 10%. The app and its team deliver very little value over a free product feed app . Customer service was good in the beginning but quickly fades into the distance after the first month or so.

Flakey and won't install - Throws security errors from your Google Adwords account. Contacted the developer a fews days ago - not response. Shopify really should do a better job of vetting these apps. Very suspicious and clearly not ready to launch this app - beware!

i connected my account, not sure what is happening in the background. there is no control to adjust the campaign. no response from customer care.
