Hi, We have been using Blend for five months across three sites. Their service is top end and the increase in traffic continues to grow. Highly recommend Blend. Top Class!

We have been using Blend for nearly three months, we were previously using another automated system and getting very poor ROAS with no support. In the last month Blend has really shown great fruition and is generating a lot of traffic and sales at a very reasonable Cost per Acquisition particularly on Facebook, which I thought had died since iOS14 updates.
Support has been really good with an amazing initial introduction by Dean and we also receive a video each month summarising what is happening with the campaign and pointers to scale from Fiona, to be honest we have not even actioned these pointers yet as we wanted to give it three months. We're looking forward to new growth this year now with the help of Blend.ai
Such a lovely company to work with... Explain everything really well and go over everything in great detail and point out the areas that need improving. They create a very caring relationship towards your business. Very happy with our ROAS over the past month and look forward to a growing relationship in the future with our ads campaign. This not just an APP you have a TEAM driven to help your business succeed. They did a huge amount of "back end" work in our Google account & within 2 weeks the results started rolling.

Michael, one of the co-owners of Blend is very professional, with good knowledge regarding Google and Facebook platforms. We didn't had a good exit with Blend mostly because of the geographic limitation of our business. I recommend testing and using the platform, the cost is very low compared with other alternatives in Shopify, and also, the capabilities of the APP are very high! My rate of 4 out of 5 is just my overall experience.
The return on ad spend is way to low to justify the exorbitant monthly commission rate of 10%. The app and its team deliver very little value over a free product feed app . Customer service was good in the beginning but quickly fades into the distance after the first month or so.

Regarding the ROAS and the fee, we understand your concerns, however, it's important to note that we were able to achieve over 10x ROAS for your account, which is a relatively high result given the circumstances. The suspension of your Facebook Ad Account due to policy violations was beyond our control, and it may have impacted the overall performance.
