I am loving this app! It's helped my small store be noticed and has increased sales greatly. One less thing for me to do, learn or strategize in my business. It is a pleasure dealing with the team as they are helpful and thoughtful in the strategies to maximise results for my ad spend.

I switched to this app 6 months ago to give me penetration and better visibility for my spend. So far there is no doubt that we are performing much better than doing this all manually. The metrics are simple to interpret and you're in control of your spend by merely varying the budget with a click. They've recently done a software update that makes campaign builds and adverts very simple with an ability to push to your platforms simultaneously. I think especially as they are still small, assistance is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Blend if you care about ROAS.

Blend have been fantastic for us, we have seen a very positive ROAS and I am really looking forward to seeing our results through a full trading season in 2024 as we are predominantly a seasonal business. Blend have only had the last half of our busy period and they have certainly made a big impression, Dean was great during the onboarding but a special mention for Galina! This is an amazing service that takes the guesswork out of the adds run online for your business. The platform is super easy and user friendly to navigate and understand where my add spend is going and the results are clear. The customer service by the team is outstanding and always there to help (no offshore help desk) all local people who can help instantly.

Michael, one of the co-owners of Blend is very professional, with good knowledge regarding Google and Facebook platforms. We didn't had a good exit with Blend mostly because of the geographic limitation of our business. I recommend testing and using the platform, the cost is very low compared with other alternatives in Shopify, and also, the capabilities of the APP are very high! My rate of 4 out of 5 is just my overall experience.

The return on ad spend is way to low to justify the exorbitant monthly commission rate of 10%. The app and its team deliver very little value over a free product feed app . Customer service was good in the beginning but quickly fades into the distance after the first month or so.
