Exceptional experience. The app worked well from the start, but what impressed us most was the responsiveness and effectiveness of their chat support. On two occasions, they answered our queries immediately and provided genuinely useful advice.

Furthermore, when one of our requests went beyond what the app could do, they offered to customise it for us — and they did so quickly and successfully.
