So far it seems to be working. The interface isn’t the most intuitive, and the wording is a bit odd. For example, I set up a rule to block checkout for orders with fewer than 10 items, but the option is labeled “Set Maximum Quantity.” I had to contact support because I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working (I was using the Set Minimum Quantity value, which on hindsight I still have no idea what that would do, now that I understand the settings.)
Thankfully, support responded immediately and helped me understand the issue: the setting actually refers to the minimum number of items required to remove the restriction, which is what I wanted. The wording is just backwards.
There’s definitely some stuff lost in translation. When I asked, the support rep mentioned she was in Vietnam (and then asked if I’ve heard of it, haha). She was very polite and solved my issue quickly. I’m using the free tier, so honestly, I can't really complain!

App is fantastic. Works exactly as expected. Successfully blocked a fraudster who was placing literally hundreds of orders on our store, bypassing the storefront and going straight to the checkout page (we also blocked storefront access to his IP via the regular Blockify app which is also excellent).
Response time from Ben to help test and debug was extremely fast and he was highly competent.

could not handle a simple "limit one" at check out. Rule was correct but even if set up as min0 max 1, it woul not work properly for the max.
