The app was easy to get started with and did exactly what I needed. Louis was fast to respond and helped me right away with setting up some custom rules for a few urgent issues. He made it simple to block purchases on a few items I only sell in-store. There are lots of helpful features to clean up the checkout process, stop wrong orders, and make things easier for customers. Would recommend if you want more control over what happens at checkout.

So far it seems to be working. The interface isn’t the most intuitive, and the wording is a bit odd. For example, I set up a rule to block checkout for orders with fewer than 10 items, but the option is labeled “Set Maximum Quantity.” I had to contact support because I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working (I was using the Set Minimum Quantity value, which on hindsight I still have no idea what that would do, now that I understand the settings.)
Thankfully, support responded immediately and helped me understand the issue: the setting actually refers to the minimum number of items required to remove the restriction, which is what I wanted. The wording is just backwards.
There’s definitely some stuff lost in translation. When I asked, the support rep mentioned she was in Vietnam (and then asked if I’ve heard of it, haha). She was very polite and solved my issue quickly. I’m using the free tier, so honestly, I can't really complain!

Good app, but we wanted only to display the error message after the customer enters their information, and it wasn't possible.

I have only had the app for a few days but have been very impressed so far. It was very quick to set up but was missing a feature I wanted. I mentioned this to the team (Tracy was great!) and they had customised the app within a few hours. Some of the best customer support I have experienced. Great app, free plan gives you a wide scope of rules unlike other apps, allowing you to see how they go and potentially implement more. Louis was quick to reply regarding my query too so happy with the support.
