Tracy from Blockify is super responsive and helped me right away with a fraudulent email from a customer with an abandoned cart. She suggested I download the Blockify Checkout Customizer app and she immediately helped set it up and create rules to block that email from ordering fraudulent orders. Our shop was plagued by fraudulent orders and abandoned checkouts. All previous measures had been unsuccessful. We then installed Checkout Rules and Blockify in addition to the Shopify measures. With the excellent support of the support team, the problem was successfully resolved. Blockify is easy to set up and offers good configuration and monitoring options. We are very happy and can highly recommend the app.

Cam was absolutely fantastic walking me through the apps and setting it up to help with the bot issue I had. She had great knowledge and explained it to me so I could understand and I fully trusted her to do the job she knows best. On top of this she also helped with another unrelated issue I was having and got that fixed that other people I've spoken to couldn't. I'm just starting to use the free version of this app. It is very easy to set up and worked on the first go. I am using it to block fraudulent orders. Great customer service.
