I have been getting HAMMERED by bots using my checkout to test credit cards. This has been causing fraudulent profiles in my Klaviyo account and each one costs me money - I've had thousands created! I installed Blockify but had trouble getting started with it. I pinged chat support and - Anna to the rescue! She determine the best option for my situation based on data from my store. We installed the checkout customizer and Anna created a rule for me that makes total sense. We'll check in on this in a couple of days. This app was easy to install and I was able to quickly get my questions asnwered. We just started using it, but so far it has been succesful in blocking orders from a chronically fraudulent "customer". Customer service was quick and helpful.

After getting Blockify fraud filters set up and figuring out what problems there were with my store that were making it easier for fraudulent orders to be placed, Esther in the support was very helpful in explaining how the Checkout Customizer could add another layer of protection to my store.
