Amazing! I had a small concern regarding a legitimate customer being blocked and Louis was super helpful. He showed me what setting I needed to adjust to avoid this problem while still keeping the site secure. The app works perfectly, just needed some direction on how to set it up correctly. ご対応下さったLynnさんとても助かりました。ありがとう。素早い対応でした。Ip Blockで商品画像が消える現象が起きていて、WebSiteもブリンクするように１秒ほど画像が消え画面が上に数センチ動くような変な挙動がありました。何が原因かわからなかったため解決するのに2週間ほどかかりました。Lynnさんのおかげで３分ほどで解決してくれたので助かりました。うちのサイトはアプリがたくさん入っているので判明するまでがPainでした。以上

So far, customer support has been good. I haven't seen it in action yet, but I appreciate that someone was available to walk me through set up, and to help me take care of blocking IP addresses, etc.

I have been using the app for about a month now and it works perfectly! I was having issues with high risk orders coming in from sketchy places which caused cancellation fees to occur so I needed a quick solution for this problem. I found blockify selected the countries I wanted to block and haven't had any issues since (mind you this was just on the free plan)! The customer service was on point too--definitely recommend!
