Hi, Blockify, i really do appreciate your service and it successfully blocked the right people. However, it started to malfunction and Blocked Genuine customers from accessing the store. The moment they accessed the store the page was frozen and they couldn't press into anything
We couldnt figure out the problem initially and thought that shopify itself was broken an we frantically deleted many things and the website only started funnctioning normally after deleting Blockify. I appreciate the good work you guys are doing but i hope this review serves as a notice for anyone having issues with their website.

The app has been blocking locations that shouldn't be blocking for I don't know how long, because I just realized today, and I have lost potential customers due to this.
I can't even access the settings to correct it! It's quite disappointing and frustrating.

The app is great, and the customer support is responsive. It helped us minimize the fraud orders, it's not totally removed. But they have a new updated feature to solve this issue and hope it will work better! I appreciate the guys responsiveness and patience to solve my problems.

I am no IT or web expert so blocking bots and threats has never been on my knowledge list. My store has been getting an abnormal amount of visit per day from 5 IPs and no add to carts or purchases. Blockify chart support helped me figure out which IPs to block and how to block just those and not the whole city/region. Quick response time. Maybe waited 25 seconds for someone to come online and help.

The application works correctly, and they help you very fast to configure any problem you have, I recommend it, you can choose the country you want to block, even just some IPs.

Removal app residue.
The app is not okay. They didn't remove all residue and after few days your website will stop working.
I try to reach support , Shopify expert also , they are always offline.
Also i have reach them by email and Whatsapp from 7 hours nobody answering!
