Blockify Saves Us from Fraud – And Their Support is Incredible!

We installed Blockify to help manage fraud on our Shopify store, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. Fraudulent orders used to be a huge headache for us, but this app gives us total control over who can access our store. The blocking features are super easy to use, and we’ve already noticed a big drop in suspicious activity.

This is a great app that has really helped me block bots from my store that were hugely skewing my data. Not only does it do exactly what it claims - the live chat is so quick ! They guided me through my initial set up and answered all my questions. They had great suggestions about how I could achieve what i need in terms of blocking certain locations and allowing others.

As a small business owner juggling many responsibilities, having expert support just a message away is invaluable.

Overall, I’m impressed so far with Blockify - the extra support to manage my website’s traffic and security is great, and knowing there’s great customer service available if I do run into any issues is reassuring!

Amazing! I had a small concern regarding a legitimate customer being blocked and Louis was super helpful. He showed me what setting I needed to adjust to avoid this problem while still keeping the site secure. The app works perfectly, just needed some direction on how to set it up correctly. This app is excellent for blocking spam IPs and restricting access by country. The support team is highly responsive and helpful.

I've recently started using the free version of Blockify and reached out to customer service to make sure I had it set so it was blocking the countries I didn't want to access my website. Samuel replied and was so kind and explained how the app worked and helped me to understand what I was seeing. Very good experience today.
