It is very helpful for me, I was attacked by the robot, the robot has been sending me subscription emails, they helped me, improved my shop to avoid being attacked by the robot, it is very good software, you can rest assured to use.

I've been using this app for a month now and have been very happy with it. Communication and assistance from the vendor has been top-notch and the product works as described. I have used it for approximately 3 weeks, It blocked many unwanted orders but also I still kept getting orders in so I chatted with them and they suggested to use their beta option that blocks bot checkouts. 1 week later with almost 0 sales and 2k+ on ad spent ( usually averaging 1,5K revenue) I realized it was blocking 95% of the people that they were trying to checkout.
Thousands of dollars in lost revenue because their beta version did not work with my theme. thanks but no thanks

louis was amazing. I've never seen customer service like this to set up an app. I will trust anything this company has. They want you to succeed and help you accomplish this immediatly. I had 600+ bot attacks. Wasted 10 hours of manpower today. So far so good on stopping them. I needed to upgrade to enterprise for $19.99 a month. Well worth it. Great work Louis.

Set up was quick and straight forward. We are able to block visitors based on ip of fraudulent users, and block checkout based on a variety of parameters. We can also witelist users if we choose to. The support is great, they quickly route you to a human support person, and don't waste your time with an AI widget who can't fully understand your question. Each person I've engaged with gave us clear recommendations on optimizations to make based on our needs and suspicious activity. Delivers great value, would definitely recommend.

I thought the app was not blocking traffic and then opened up the chat with Niel and he walked me through the process and set up and explained the way shopify displays the traffic and that visitors get blocked after entering the site.
i will be keeping an eye for the next couple of days and see how everything works out. Im specially excited about the abandonded checkout feature they are rolling out.
