I cant be certain that this app presents real or genuine data. In either case, it has faults and re-directed even myself to a google page- It had to be deleted, now I have a charge not worth paying for. A request is sent through to add them to admin or similar in able to manage this problem, but youl need to upgrade on shopify to add them

The set up was simple and the customer service is excellent. They checked my set up and made a suggestion that helps with bots. So far it’s working well.
Update: I removed it, it was blocking all my traffic and marking it as fraud, even after I adjusted my settings.

I installed the app to get rid of some bots harassing my store every day, however the app could not help with this. However the service and support was good. But I was disappointed that it could not solve my issue with the bots, even though I was told it could help with this. I uninstalled the app and asked for a refund, which I don't know yet if I get, still waiting for an answer on that.
