Easy to use, and works! We were inundated with information requests for years from countries that we don't supply. Was able in just a couple of minutes to block, or redirect visitors to still be helpful to them, but greatly decrease our time spent on inquiries. Well worth the small charge!

Great App Simple to use, add anyones Ip address you want to block, nasty customers, or fraudsters and that's it they won't bother you again. Saves charge backs and a lot of hassle. Well worth having.

I used to app to help me block a scammer by IP address, the developer was kind enough to explain how to find the customer IP address.

This is the only App from Shopify I would recommend. Before I purchased the App, their chat room was very helpful and went over the features. After I installed it, they were there to help me set it up. An excellent app that has taken care of my problem and is currently blocking the IP addresses I needed to do.

So far, so good. Had a problem customer from a country that kept placing orders, and then ran chargebacks on the whole lot of orders. Very easy to select a couple locations to block from access to the site. Effective setup was a couple clicks, and I moved on with my day. Developer reached out to me personally to check in as well. Recommend!
