Blocky Fraud Filter IP Blocker

Doesnt work. I have the country blocker on and set to China, and my number one visitor but a massive margin is, China. Obviously this app doesnt work as described. I thought it used to work when I got it a while back, but at some point, it stopped and my intellectual property is likely being stolen as I never have any orders come from China. There are other apps that Im working with now that seem to actually work, and cost less.

This app has helped us to restrict orders to our home country, and has helped to eliminate fraudulent orders. Very easy to use. The number of abandoned checkouts was eliminated almost immediately.

the support team claimed that they were able to block visitors despite shopify still logging the visits, while after switching to a different app the visitors were gone completely.

This app is good for certain specific goals. The only thing I am still searching for a solution for is blocking people/bots from trying to run fraudulent carts scanning for valid credit card numbers. I have been told this is next to impossible. It can block their purchase but not them continuing to try.

You actually get support to help walk you thru the set up. I am in Canada and did not have to get up in the middle of the night to try to get support.
Can't give a 5 star review for the app in general, because i have only used it a few days.
Would have liked to see explanations of what each of the block options does.
Was impressed there is a block email, but seems you have to type in each specific email addy you want to block. Would love to see a block on types of email.
ie. Block if the message says the person has analyzed my website and wants a commission to bring in more customers.

Setting up the blocker to block all non-US countries was super easy! That was my main goal. I continued to work on chat with the rep asking him to help me enable absolutely everything else I need and he did just that! Then ran a test to show me that the app was working just as I wanted.
I'm still in the free trial but see no reason not to continue with it after the trial is over!
