After I canceled my subscription, they deleted absolutely everything from my website! All my content is gone. This is completely unacceptable and ruined months of hard work. Avoid this app at all costs!

To clarify what may have happened, the “Delete All Data” option may have been selected during cancellation. This option is provided so merchants can fully remove Blocky’s sections and related code from their theme and avoid leaving unused code behind.
This should only remove sections created through Blocky. Your products, images, and other Shopify store data should still be available.

I had a great experience with the Blocky support team. I ran into some billing confusion after uninstalling the app, and Anne went above and beyond to help me resolve it. She was extremely professional, communicative, and stayed on top of my request until both my April and May invoices were successfully refunded.
It's rare to find support this dedicated. If you're looking for an app that truly stands behind its service, this is it. Highly recommend, and if you need help, definitely ask for Anne!
I used blocky to create my website. It was a very good app. Unfortunately due to busy times at work I had to put it on hold. Something went wrong with cancelling my subscription but luckily Anne helped me right away and was very helpful and fast at responding. Now waiting to get a refund. Will definitely use Blocky in the future but not right now. Very great app and easy to work with.
