BlogConnect: Comment Manager

I was looking for a simple way to reply to my blog comments, as Shopify doesn’t offer this natively. I am truly satisfied with this app, it does exactly what it promises with a beautiful, minimalist design that can fit perfectly with every boutique! The customization options for colors are great, and there is also a possibility to enable comment moderation.

I would like to thank the developer: I reached out because my shop is in French, and he was incredibly reactive, adding a translation feature almost immediately. It’s rare to find such dedicated support.

Adds threading to blog post comments, but lacks features beyond that. Not bad for a free app and a good start. Happy to increase my rating if features improve.
Pros:
Nice clean design. Commenters simply put in name, email, comment text.
Able to customize the block's colors in the theme editor.
Cons:
Doesn't send commenters notifications when someone else replies.
No upvoting, images, or hyperlinks.
Only works for blog posts, not pages or products.
No import or export of comments.
