They took time with me to solve my problem during the switch over to a mobile friendly platform. I was frustrated with the zero assistance I was getting with Shopify themselves and made contact with Blogfeeder in hopes they could help my site crash. And they did, swiftly and kindly. Works as advertised. Had an issue at first importing our Japanese blog, but Shopstorm very quickly resolved it. Great customer service.
