Heureusement que cette application existe ! Elle permet d'améliorer rapidement la mise en page des articles et nous accompagne dans l'optimisation SEO. La prise en main est fluide et intuitive. Julien est très réactif et consciencieux en cas de besoin. Je regrette simplement qu'on ne puisse davantage différencier et personnaliser la mise en page pour l'ordinateur et celle pour le mobile. J'aimerais également avoir accès à une bibliothèque de médias que je pourrais organiser moi-même, et notamment pouvoir supprimer les photos non utilisées.

**WARNING** DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! The 10 Day trail period is fake. I downloaded the app then deleted it the next day as it didn't accommodate my needs. The developers still took an unauthorised payment from my account. It's been an ordeal to get a refund.
Shopify claims they are doing something but I am the one chasing.

I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with our app 🙏
I understand that you've been billed after uninstalling our app. Our team acted promptly by issuing a refund as soon as you reached out to us with your myshopify url, which is requested to make a refund.
Regarding the trial period, it is a 10-day free trial. You installed our app on 08/05/23 at 12:18 am and uninstalled it on 08/15/23 at 10pm, which does surpass the 10-day period.
Per Shopify's policies, billing takes place automatically at the end of the trial period, even if you uninstall the app which is fair for developers. We don't have control over the billing; that's entirely managed by Shopify so I do not understand why you say that we took "unauthorised payment".
That said, we were happy to issue a refund in your case. We value fair play and aim to make sure every merchant feels they are treated justly.
If you have further concerns or questions, I'm more than willing to discuss this with you at any time. I also sent you an email to be sure you will have all the information.
Ecrire un article de blog, ce n'est pas toujours évident et ça prend du temps. Avec Bloggle c'est bien plus rapide et facile grâce aux nombreuses fonctionnalités mises à disposition. En plus l'équipe est très accessible et super réactive pour toute demande de support. Je recommande vivement cette application.

At first I didn’t like this app, but wanted to give it a month to figure it out. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and really like it. It makes my blog writing so much easier, especially when using the automations. And my own template, thank you bloggle.

La gestion du blog natif de shopify est franchement très laborieux, voir même catastrophique, J'ai utilisé plusieurs applications de création de Blog pour palier à ce problème, je n'étais jamais satisfait à 100%. Bloggle propose une interface propre et claire, l'application est fluide et ne ralenti pas, accompagnement SEO (presque un didacticiel), ou l'on vous prend par la main étape par étape pour atteindre les 100% d'optimisation. Un support réactif (même le dimanche ;) mais faut pas abuser non plus...), avec beaucoup de déférence, et de patience pour personnaliser à son gout. Merci encore !
