Bloom Profit Analytics

Their live chat within the website has nobody responding even though I am the only one in the chat queue, followed up many times yet still no response during the weekday; the Zendesk live chat box auto-refreshes the chat after 20 minutes of inactivity (no reply from them) so whatever I have asked is gone, and I need to start a brand new thread chat which again did not get a response and the chat auto-refreshes, the cycle continues.

I decided to reach out to them via their support email instead, been 10 days and two follow up emails, still no response.

This is why I gave a 1 star.

I use another of this company's products (Report Pundit) and it does fairly well for us. In a support chat, the tech support suggested I give this app a try. I installed and completed the wizard. Now it says it's syncing data from my shopify store... it has been saying that for days now and every time I use the app it refreshes the page every 5 seconds. Because the page refreshes constantly, I'm unable to use the chat to ask for help. I've tried reinstalling with no luck and even sending an email to the developer through the shopify app info page. Had to uninstall it because it never got past syncing and was never able to use it.

I've been on the hunt for a good profit analytics app for what feels like forever, and finally, I came across this new one called Bloom. I have to say, I like its appearance and how straightforward the data it offers is. Right now, I'm just patiently waiting for all my data to sync up. Can't wait to see what it unveils. The support team is also really responsive right now. :)

Analytics is great, easy to view, and tells you exactly what you need to know. Even better: the support team is super responsive and supportive. Great!

It's an amazing help at 0 cost while I know some apps start at 50$+ minimum.

Their several marketing integrations makes it an interesting choice to centralize ads/sales data for reporting :)

The interface is neatly designed and intuitive to browse

NB: one of the first time I saw a report app that integrates the gateway cost, shipping cost, etc. Then you have your real margin/profit.
