This has changed my wine club game! The design is good and the interface is easy to understand. If I'm looking for a specific feature, the team is receptive and present. But the best part, is tech support is always extremely helpful, efficient, and there when you need them urgently. And my customers seem to like it too. I don't get too many questions about how to work their side of things. All great things! Worth every penny.

The transition process from our old platform was painless, the customer service is top notch, and the app itself allows us all of the infinite e-commerce possiblities that shopify has to offer, with a wine... and wine CLUB-specific focus. Bloom is a must for any winery looking to increase their DtC and club enrollment. And if you happen to be afraid of the hassle of switching from a platform that is inferior-but-comfortable to something new and better, don't be!
