We've struggled with getting a decent date-time picker since we started our business on Shopify. This one works well, and the technical support is fantastic.
I own an online flower business. I'm also a business consultant for several floral businesses. Using a different delivery app for years, I just converted two of my clients to Bloom. Easy to use for pick up and deliveries, especially for florists. You can turn off days like weekends and set a same day cut off time for orders.

This app was exactly what I was looking for to help customers select delivery dates (based on our company's availability). I like the options available to choose from when setting available days/hours for delivery (especially accounting for how much lead time is needed to prepare an order).
