This app is brilliant. As a business we we're challenged with migrating our ESP / CDP from an incumbent into our Bloomreach account. This project was made more challenging due to the fact we had a two week window of time to complete the process. Using this app and with the incredible support of Bloomreach we were able to make the switch over seamlessly. We are now live with the Bloomreach Engage and leveraging all of the great features that it brings on our live shop.

Great technology!! Great support!! Super easy to use which was a huge need for our growing team. What we love the most is the real-time personalization that helps us accurately understand what products our customers are most interested in which really comes in handy with inventory management/stock etc.
