So far so good. This is my first referral app experience. It hasn't driven many sales yet but that's my own issue, and I appreciate that Bloop offers a fair price. GIGI in customer service was very helpful.

Does what it promises and on top of that offers great support if you have questions or difficulties setting this up!

I have not officially tested the app as my store is not live yet, but what I can say is that I have been provided with very efficient assitance from the technical support team for set up and customization. Im looking forward to using this app and being able to collect more leads through it!

Great app! Easy to use, set up and amazing customer service. I previously had used a different customer referral app that was design limited and often had issues working properly for customers. This app looks great, embeds easily on your website and has a great dashboard to review its impact. I had a theme issue where it stopped showing up during set up, reached out to customer service and they jumped on to my site to fix the issue within 24 hours and now works great. Highly recommend!

Very easy to set up. Both the referral page and pop-up work fine for us. But above all, their support is stunning. Fast reply, fast delivery and very polite. Would love to use another app from the provider. I recommend this app.

After figuring out all the logics behind this app, with the aids from the support and dev team, I am able to show a more reliable referral page on the menu bar with aligned branding design. I'm so glad that I found this BLOOP rewards & referrals program app, which is flexible and dedicate. The support team is super helpful, esp. Very helpful suport. Answered within just a few minutes and helped me to get my problems solved. I do also like the possibilities to change the translations, appearance, etc. Totally can recommend the app!
