Really easy to set up and Jennie is so helpful. We had the icon blocking buttons on the menu which was a little tricky but they have organised to modify it so when the menu opens it disappears - top quality help and really great support could not recommend enough!
If you need a referral program, you are CRAZY to use anything else. We needed a simple program that would offer a discount on one particular item. I must have looked at 2 dozen apps - some were stupid expense for a small company - about 200 orders a month. I download and worked with about 6 - each time finding something it wouldn't do. And then I found this! There was an update while I was working which made everything super easy. And the support is amazing. Now if I could just get them to make every app I need!
What a wonderful program for my customers, it encourages them on the spot to make a referral to friends.
For me anyway it got a little frustrating trying to get it installed correctly, I actually got so muddled. I uninstalled it. Chloe and Eric were superb in the level of customer service. So much so I added "BLOY".

The Staff at BLP Referral Program(Quinn and Chloe) are super helpful and are available even after the closing hours at times. They do get our issues resolved to the best of their abilities and if something's falling outside their area of expertise, they engage their developers who get the job done. I would highly recommend the app considering the fact that it has top notch customer support and also for the simple reason that it's free forever!

Really nice app. Not *quite* fully finished yet, but I've seen major progress made in the ~month that I've had it installed and the current version does everything I want it to. Live chat support is also wonderful and very helpful. Their documentation is good, too.

The app is very simple and offers quite basic features (especially in terms of reporting), but is perfect if you only want to set up a referral program. The team is incredibly helpful and has made lots of efforts to improve the app so that it fits our needs. Jennie is always available and offers great support. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a referral app!

Excellent referrals app. We were looking for a robust and easy to set referrals app and found BLP. Plus, it also has an affiliate section! Unlike other apps we've tested, BLP is very comprehensive and allows for lots of customizations (branding, emails, referral pages, pop ups, and more). The pop ups and referral pages blend perfectly with our branding.
But for us the most important feature is the support team behind the app. By far, one of the most responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service teams among Shopify app developers.
Chloe has been helping us from day 1, and the whole team have gone beyond expectations to ensure we ironed out any issues we encountered during implementation. Even after an issue is resolved, they promptly follow up to check everything is running properly. We definitely recommend BLP!

Works exactly as expected so far. Setup has been super easy and quick, and I am loving the customization features - even for the free version. Support has also been fast and helpful, Julie managed to adjust our sender name within a few minutes.
Excellent response and support in getting the app set up the way we wanted it. Everything integrated smoothly, and the interface is simple and unobtrusive. So far, awesome!
