Great customer service and great app
There were issues with multiple auto-segments being created on Shopify via Bloop. However, the service team represented by Jena was extremely helpful in resolving the issue for the business and ensuring flow.

Excellent referral app, even the free version. I had some issues setting up the app in my particular theme but the support team helped me out right away and it works like a charm.
Jena is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I haven't made the app live yet to know that it works (I will in 2 days), but her response time and customer service are EXCEPTIONAL!!! She responded quickly, answered all of my questions (and continues to), and her follow-up skills are on point. I'm very impressed!
