BLP Referral Program Affiliate

Great app! Easy to use, set up and amazing customer service. I previously had used a different customer referral app that was design limited and often had issues working properly for customers. This app looks great, embeds easily on your website and has a great dashboard to review its impact. I had a theme issue where it stopped showing up during set up, reached out to customer service and they jumped on to my site to fix the issue within 24 hours and now works great. Highly recommend!

Was initially considering a different app, but the exceptional customer service from Bloop won me over. Steph went above and beyond in helping me on the chat feature and responds quickly. Their developer Và Tung was able to implement technical fixes very promptly. The customer service team is among the best I've found on Shopify apps.

Just installed this app, the paid for version, and had a couple of questions regarding installing it. We are using the Out of the Sandbox Turbo Theme and it seems like the Pop-Up box needed tweaking to display all the fields correctly. Contacted Support and the response was lightning fast. Jolie Nguyen and the dev Nguyen Van Ninh clarified a couple of things, checked my installation and tweaked the Pop-Up. We went for the paid version as it allows a lot more branding customisation. Now it's working well, we'll see how it performs. Very good experience.

The watermark removal service is incredibly useful and efficient. Watermarks are removed within seconds. :-*

Honestly, I was very skeptical at first, but this app and service is free and works perfectly! Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

After figuring out all the logics behind this app, with the aids from the support and dev team, I am able to show a more reliable referral page on the menu bar with aligned branding design.
