Does what it promises and on top of that offers great support if you have questions or difficulties setting this up!

Very nice app. The support is really good and they are making some customisations for me, free of charge, which will make it fit my store even better. A big thank you Thank you to Stephanie and Amber for their hard work in organising this with me and the technician Tung for making the customisations possible. I would definitely recommend this app if you are looking for a referral app, it is very simple to use, does a good job and has a great free plan. Whereas others are quite expensive and complicated.
Does the job of referrals well, I'm hoping that with the changes I can start to se some real good results.

Jennie has been super helpful! She was very quick to respond and helped me through the set up process. Couldn't have done it without her!

I requested help to know how it works and there were many questions in my maind Jennie the support agent were really very coopareative and helpfull, she was available all times I needed assistance also she prepared a demo on how to use the program for the clients, so she saved the time of asking too many questions to md.. simply she made my life easier and hoping the program will help to increase the sale in my store. She is one of the most understanding, friendliest and fast-acting support that I encountered. I would like to thank the technical guy Nguyen The Huy. he has been checking quickly and thoroughly all my problems. this bloop app is fantastic; it is simple to use and does exactly what I require. my referral page looks fantastic and is easy to use! I also recommend their customer service, which was extremely pleasant. we were able to customize the design to the webshop's style thanks to the fantastic support. special thanks to the team; I'm thrilled to be working with the BSS commerce team, especially Jennie!

Great app and it has all functions I need, Amber and Tung were very helpful and they addressed all technical questions I had. The customer service is very friendly

January '25 I had some issues with the app but thankfully the team came to help me with an upgrade. They are great to work with.

June '24 Now a year later... still happy and excellent customer support!

The app continues to work well and the customer support is fantastic.

I installed the BLOOP app a week ago and so far am happy with how it works. I had a few questions as I set it up and Jolie Nguyen was very quick to respond and even follow up. The price is good and it's exactly what my customers have been asking for.

After figuring out all the logics behind this app, with the aids from the support and dev team, I am able to show a more reliable referral page on the menu bar with aligned branding design. I'm so glad that I found this BLOOP rewards & referrals program app, which is flexible and dedicate. The support team is super helpful, esp. Jennie and the dev team Nguyen Khac Hiep and Nguyen The Huy. They are epic in dealing with customized problems and issues, quick response, thoughtful and kind, you are the best!

This is THE BEST app for your store referral program. I have just start using Bloop and it looks that this app works VERY VERY WEEL ! They have created very nice design referral page, pop ups and emails sent to referred persons. It took less than 10 minutes to set up, while I think it could bring huge value for my store. Reccomend!

Good Apps , Very easy to set up and use. Gigi and the tech guy have solved some of problems for me , and everything is going well now .
