Overall it's pretty good. Super easy to implement but pretty difficult to customize. Especially if you're using a custom theme with customized fonts, sizes, etc and you want everything to match.
Awesome app, great support staff, Quinn and Chloe are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great app, great support staff!
Really easy to set up and Jennie is so helpful. We had the icon blocking buttons on the menu which was a little tricky but they have organised to modify it so when the menu opens it disappears - top quality help and really great support could not recommend enough!
Very fast customer service, can realize page/popup and other kinds of display methods, fast response time, can quickly improve the user fission. Simple configuration and seamless integration.

THe team is amazing! They did a customized button for me. I designed it and they helped implement it into the website for FREE! What an incredible team. My only complaint is that the app doesn't automatically assign my subscribers a referral link that I can just send to them. I feel like my customers don't want to go through the extra step to put their email in to receive a link. Also, you can't customize a page to be a referral page. Furthermore, you can't customize the website to send the referrals to purchase.
