We are using this app because it does not require customers to log in to start benefit of referrals which makes it easy to use for customrs, and also can be customized inside the app and outside using css/js which can be very flexible 5/5,

Easy to use and great customer service. They respond quickly and they are super helpful. And they follow-up to make sure you got their email! Highly recommend this if you want to add a referral program to your store.

I recommend 100% this app not only for its user-friendliness and effectiveness - but also for the AMAZING customer service provided ! I wanted to customise my referral program page with icons and specific fonts and colours, and Amber and Tong from the CS team were incredibly helpful and very dedicated in their job to make the best referral program page possible for me. Amber was super reactive in the chat box and was always available to help for anything I asked, which was greatly appreciated. And all of this free of charge! Can't recommend this app enough.

I've been looking for a simple referral program app that can offer rewards for both customers. I have tested several apps (also more epensive ones) but the BLOOP app is perfect for what I need it for and is very easy to customize. Also, I was well attended by a very nice support team Jena Nguyen and their devs Nguyen Van Ninh, Nguyen Khac Hiep and Pham Khanh Thien, who quickly implemented the translations I could not customize by myself. They keep me updated at every step of the process and asked for my feedback on each update they completed for me. They worked on the issue until I was completely happy with the solution, especially when it came to styling etc. Overall, I'm really happy with this app and especially the quick customer service. I know that if I run into any future issues, Jena and the dev team will be able to help me.
In conclusion, the app itself is easy to understand and comes with customizable options even in the free plan. I like it a lot!

This application does exactly what we need for referrals and rewards. It's easy to setup within minutes. The support has an amazing response time and service. Because of the amazing support, we were able to customize the design to our style of the webshop. Also the developers are quick solve any issues. If you are looking for a refer a friend app, this one is perfect for it

I just installed the app, so far so good. One thing though, super fast support! I just needed a tweak for my site and Jena Nguyen and her dev Nguyen The Huy immediately sprang into action. Looking forward to see more about this tool!

It's a fantastic program that accomplishes precisely what we needed it to. We were looking for an app to help us solve a problem with referring our customer to their friends. We chose Bloop Refferal & Rewards because it provides for comprehensive customization, including the ability to submit your own design. This software was also quite simple to use, which was a huge plus. The app is presently working flawlessly on our website, and we are extremely pleased with it. Creating your own labels is very easy and they look professional. Support is also very helpful and they fixed all problems quickly. We had a minor glitch with the app at first, but Jennie P and their tech guy Nguyen Van Ninh, Nguyen Khac Hiep, Pham Khanh Thien were right on top of it and had it fixed. I really appreciate their support. In conclusion, I am very happy with the team and service that I received and I can not recommend this app more. I'd strongly advise anyone wishing to use Referral Program to use this app. Highly recommend!

Ich habe die App im kostenfreien Modus installiert um zu schauen wie es angenommen wird. Handhabung ist einfach und der Support durch Gigi und Tien Loc als Programmierer ist super schnell!
