I would recommend this app - customer support was very responsive and effective. They helped with queries, with setup and some customisation of my referral page, all promptly and effectively. The app works well and the interface looks good.

The Staff at BLP Referral Program(Quinn and Chloe) are super helpful and are available even after the closing hours at times. What a wonderful program for my customers, it encourages them on the spot to make a referral to friends.
For me anyway it got a little frustrating trying to get it installed correctly, I actually got so muddled. I uninstalled it. Chloe and Eric were superb in the level of customer service. So much so I added "BLOY".

Really nice app. Not *quite* fully finished yet, but I've seen major progress made in the ~month that I've had it installed and the current version does everything I want it to. Live chat support is also wonderful and very helpful. Their documentation is good, too.

This new-borned app absolutely impressed me! It merged both affiliate program & referral program, matching with my demand very well. I can do both koc/kol affiliate & companion referral rewards to them for improving any potential sales.
By the way, the support team done well. Professional, quick-response, and they even prejudge my mind!

Excellent and easy to set up referrals app. What was most impressive to me is that despite a really intuitive UI and onboarding the support quality is top notch. I had a minor issue and Eric from the support team was able to hop on and resolve any issues immediately. I can't say I've gotten anywhere this level of service from other apps.

Excellent referrals app. We were looking for a robust and easy to set referrals app and found BLP. Plus, it also has an affiliate section! Unlike other apps we've tested, BLP is very comprehensive and allows for lots of customizations (branding, emails, referral pages, pop ups, and more).
