This referral app is perfect, exactly what I needed! It's necessary for me to have excellent customer support when choosing an app, if it doesn't, I won't be using it for long. This is not the case with BLOOP. Jennie was very friendly and quick to respond to each of my questions. Highly recommended!

I had some custom requests for their team to add code. I needed to add more language to the pop up to explain the program. Jena Nguyen and their dev Nguyen The Huy spent several hours in the issue did it within 24 hours. I was very appreciative of their help and quick turnaround! Jena was extremely responsive via email and did not miss a detail. Perfect to work with and highly recommend.

The BLOOP Rewards & Referrals app works well, and I highly recommend it. This app offers so many features that meet my needs, and you should try it even on the free plan. My recommendation is to just try and contact Gigi for assistance. She supported me in fixing compatibility issues in an absolutely perfect way. She works extremely quickly and precisely and is very helpful and patient. Together with the technicians - Khanh Thien and Viet Tung. My exceptional thanks to them. As I started the test period, I mentioned that there are a lot of details to utilize and I’ve got all answers for all questions aboutt the app immediately from Gigi. I learned quickly through the referring and pop-up. Customizing support by Gigi also means getting intensive training. I have never received such extraordinary support.
In some issues, more complex technical adaptations were necessary, which were coordinated extremely quickly and competently between Gigi and the tech experts from the technical team. This worked perfectly and was delightful. So many thanks to both. I am thrilled with our BLOOP Rewards & Referrals app, which works perfectly. Highly recommend it.

Perfect for setting up Referral and Rewards. The free tier has sufficient features to get up and running. Another highlight is the excellent customer support and development team. We had reported a bug and the CS representative(Gigi) almost spent more than 5 hours on chat with me to reproduce and debug the issue. After which it was fixed immediately by the developer(Phung Viet Tung) and DA (Viet Hoang). I would highly recommend using this plugin.

Good Apps , Very easy to set up and use. Gigi and the tech guy have solved some of problems for me , and everything is going well now .

For the moment I am generally satisfied with the implementation of the program. However, I find that certain things are missing essential for the good development of the program, indeed we know nothing at all about our referrers on the platform, so we cannot manage or block them in the event of fraud for example. We also cannot force referrers to have placed at least one order before being able to sponsor and I would also have liked to be able to oblige referrers to have an account before being able to register on the referral program.

Really effective app. I was looking for long time for an app in which client of the shop just have to put an e-mail, and nothing more than that.

App is still simple but does the basics that you need, they are still adding features but as is works to the point. Gave them 5 stars as the customer service and tweaks are super good and to the point which makes it a pleasure to work with

So far finding the app easy to navigate and set up a refferal scheme personalised to match our branding. Support has been amazing so far.

A great free app. This app allows you to set up a refer a friend scheme with such ease and is super user-friendly for the customer. As a new app, there are some limitations on what you can customise yourself, but the customer service team seems to work 24/7 and is very helpful with requests. The look and design of the dashboard for business and how it looks for customers is super clean and slick.

Nice app for refer and earn functionality to a store. Good GUI and prompt support. Must have, recommend.

I have not officially tested the app as my store is not live yet, but what I can say is that I have been provided with very efficient assitance from the technical support team for set up and customization. Im looking forward to using this app and being able to collect more leads through it!

Very easy to set up. Both the referral page and pop-up work fine for us. But above all, their support is stunning. Fast reply, fast delivery and very polite. Would love to use another app from the provider. I recommend this app.

Well, I confess I spent some days testing loyalty apps with tons of paying features and I did not find what I was looking for: a solid and reliable way to provide a referral reward to customers that actually write a real comment on their social, email What's up, solving one of the most common threat of other paid apps affected by click baiting or lot of spurious sign ups.
I was surprised when BLoop instantly and magically let me experience one of the best support team on Shopify App Store, when I asked to fix a personal configuration with my theme. I would recommend this app to every e-commerce. Hope they will issue soon a paying plan with new features and integrations. Fantastic Team.

This app is perfect! Referral on a page, customers able to share via Facebook, Twitter, & Whatsapp. The customer services are superb: fast response and they help us customize the design to suit our font style & color scheme so we don't need to customize manually. And they also give us suggestions based on our preferences too.

The app itself is amazing. But what really makes it wonderful is the support team! Thumbs up for helping me to solve issues on my store that I wasn’t able to solve on my own! Love everything and keep up the good work
