Great referral app. Easy to use and set up and does what we want it to do. Easily customizable on your own and for anything that isn't they have an extremely responsive team there to meet your needs.
The app is easy to set up and the support is very helpful. They create the necessary templates for the app upon request and very fast.
Right now the app fits our needs.
I would recommend this app - customer support was very responsive and effective. They helped with queries, with setup and some customisation of my referral page, all promptly and effectively. The app works well and the interface looks good.
The Staff at BLP Referral Program(Quinn and Chloe) are super helpful and are available even after the closing hours at times. They do get our issues resolved to the best of their abilities and if something's falling outside their area of expertise, they engage their developers who get the job done. I would highly recommend the app considering the fact that it has top notch customer support and also for the simple reason that it's free forever!
We did some research before choosing a referral program, and decided to choose BLP. Inquiries are always responded to in an extremely helpful way, going above and beyond to answer inquiries, explain how to set things up, offering to do set-up for us, and even customizations to meet our needs.
