Bloop customer service is phenomenal! I love an app that works well but I cannot stress how important customer service is when it comes to having an app you plan to use long term. It is one of the things I always take into consideration before deciding if I will continue using an app. The bloop team always gets back to my messages the next day. I specifically have spoken with Grace who was an amazing help. I was having trouble with my hundreds of products not saving to my affiliate campaign I was creating. Grace kept me in the loop of what was going on and the bloop dev team was able to work to get it resolved and taken care of for me. Overall the app itself works well for a referral program and affiliate program. Good customization features as well. It's pretty straight forward to use but if you do need help then the team is good at getting back to you and helping when you need it.
Great app! We love it for both customer referrals and affiliate management. Grace from customer support is amazing, and the development team are incredibly helpful, happily customising our affiliate portal to suit our exact needs!! Definitely recommend, we'll certainly be long-term customers!
