I would recommend this app - customer support was very responsive and effective. They helped with queries, with setup and some customisation of my referral page, all promptly and effectively. The app works well and the interface looks good.
The Staff at BLP Referral Program(Quinn and Chloe) are super helpful and are available even after the closing hours at times. They do get our issues resolved to the best of their abilities and if something's falling outside their area of expertise, they engage their developers who get the job done. I would highly recommend the app considering the fact that it has top notch customer support and also for the simple reason that it's free forever!
We did some research before choosing a referral program, and decided to choose BLP. Inquiries are always responded to in an extremely helpful way, going above and beyond to answer inquiries, explain how to set things up, offering to do set-up for us, and even customizations to meet our needs. What a wonderful program for my customers, it encourages them on the spot to make a referral to friends.
For me anyway it got a little frustrating trying to get it installed correctly, I actually got so muddled. I uninstalled it. Chloe and Eric were superb in the level of customer service. So much so I added "BLOY".
Really nice app. Not *quite* fully finished yet, but I've seen major progress made in the ~month that I've had it installed and the current version does everything I want it to. Live chat support is also wonderful and very helpful. Their documentation is good, too.
