Wir nutzen die App nun schon ein paar Wochen und wir sind bisher sehr zufrieden damit. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach. Aber sollte man trotzdem einmal Hilfe benötigen oder eine Frage zu einer Funktion oder Einstellung haben, dann ist der Support sehr hilfreich und antwortet sehr zeitnah.

Bald wird dazu auch noch ein ausführliches Video auf Youtube kommen.

Bisher hat das Team immer sehr freundlich auf meine Anfragen reagiert und sie auch umgesetzt. Alles top!

Small Tip for the Dev Team:
The app is nearly perfect! The only tiny detail we’ve noticed is that the points display inside our slide-out cart drawer sometimes takes about 1–2 seconds to load up. It doesn't disrupt checkout or stop customers from redeeming points, but optimizing that script load time slightly would make an already incredible user experience even smoother.

Overall, this is hands-down one of the best loyalty solutions available on Shopify. It is feature-rich, robust, and adds immense value to our brand. Highly recommended to any merchant looking to build a serious loyalty program!

Application très agréable à utiliser : tout est clair et intuitif, même quand on débute. Les tutoriels intégrés aident beaucoup pour prendre en main les différentes fonctionnalités sans se perdre.

Le SAV est un vrai point fort : l’équipe est à l’écoute, répond rapidement et trouve des solutions concrètes quand on a une question ou un souci. Je recommande sans hésiter.
