It implements blocks into your website without errors. My favourite is the point reminder system on each product page and the redeemable option for customers. Referrals boost customer interaction well.

I've been using another app for some time, but to add the additional features like VIP tiers would involve a significant price increase. I looked into BLOY and was impressed with the features available. It is a new app so at the time of writing this review it is free, with a flat fee for early users when paid plans are launched.

There are A LOT of features available including bonus point periods, order boosters (bonus points with x number of orders in a time frame) and more.

Support are responsive and very helpful, the only minor downside is they are in Asian and I'm in the US so the timezone difference is big so sometimes I have to wait until the next day for a response.

I like that it integrates with Klaviyo and I can use that to create loyalty related flows to keep customers engaged and coming back.

Nous testons Bloy Loyalty depuis quelques mois et nous sommes très satisfaits de l'application. Nous avons commencé par l'utiliser sur Shopify POS avec une base clientes assez exigeante puis nous l'avons déployée en ligne.
La prise en main est hyper facile et le support est vraiment incroyable. Emma répond très rapidement ce qui est un vrai plus.
Pour une app gratuite c'est juste incroyable.

We’ve been using BLOY Loyalty Rewards on our Shopify store and it has been pretty easy to get started with. The setup didn’t take long, and most of the settings were clear enough without needing too much help. I like that we can create a simple points system for customers and adjust the rewards based on what works for our store. The design also fits well on the site and doesn’t feel too heavy or distracting. So far it has been running smoothly, and it’s a nice tool for encouraging customers to come back and shop again.

Ottima app completa di tutto quello che ho bisogno. Facile da usare e molto intuitivo. Nessuna difficoltà ad impostare le mie regole che sono molto personalizzabili. C'è anche una sezione clienti VIP e una sezione per impostare punti extra in determinati periodi.
Anche il layout è personalizzabile in tutto, dai testi alla grafica.
Lo staff è cordiale, disponibile, e preparato. Non potevo cercare di meglio. Super consigliato !!!

Actualización: ya configuré la app por completo y mis clientes están muy satisfechos con esta nueva incorporación. Aporta un gran valor el poder personalizarla con colores, imágenes, etc., y además es un excelente incentivo para que dejen reseñas y realicen compras. La recomiendo!

I have been able to set up multiple reward programmes like earning points for birthdays, reviews, visiting my socials and so much more.

I have synced it with my review app and been able to personalise the emails too.

It's great app for loyalty rewards management, with lots of features and customizations. There's something for everyone.
You can set levels / tiers, customize the reward earning methods and redemption methods too. Quite flexible.
UI is quite easy to use with all the help tips mentioned.
Beyond that, the support team is very helpful and guiding. Icing on the cake, this app is free to use with no restrictions on any feature.
A must have for every merchant.
