Excellent Loyalty App – Easy to Use & Fully Customizable!
We've been using BLOY Loyalty Program & Rewards on our Shopify store and couldn't be happier with the results. easy to set up, and works seamlessly with our Fashionopolism theme. The integration within Shopify admin makes it super convenient to manage without needing any extra tools.
What really stands out is the wide range of features – from offering points for sign-ups, birthdays, and purchases, to allowing customers to redeem points for discounts and free shipping. The customizable loyalty popups and widgets also helped us match the look and feel of our store perfectly.
Our customers love the dedicated loyalty page and how they can easily track and redeem their rewards. The automated email notifications are a big plus too – they keep our shoppers engaged by updating them about earned points and available rewards.
If you're looking to boost customer retention and build a strong loyalty program without spending a dime, BLOY is a must-have app!
The app is easy to set up and use. While there are some features that could be more robust, for a free app, it's a great starting point and it offers more ways to earn points than the rewards system in our old software.
We’ve been using BLOY for a few months now and it’s been spot on. Super easy to set up, and the customisable widget fits in nicely with our store’s theme. Our customers love earning points for signing up, placing orders, and even on their birthday. The automated emails are a nice touch too – keeps everything running smoothly without us needing to chase. Overall, a simple but effective way to build a bit of brand loyalty. Would definitely recommend!

I downloaded this app after two days of trying and testing many many loyalty/rewards apps, and I must say, out of all of them, BLOY is by far the best one! It's such a well-thought-out and user-friendly tool. It's not complicated to use, and I love how easy it is to customize a field or a feature.

I have had nothing but a great experience with BLOY so far. Beyond the app being really straight forward and easy to navigate and set up, the Support Team has been absolutely wonderful so far every time I've reached out.
I spent a lot of time researching various rewards apps for our store, as we are only looking for a way to provide rewards for our customers and don't need to ask for reviews/affiliates/email marketing/etc (we have our systems for a lot of those functions already that are seamless in our process). Having an app that offers JUST rewards was a perfect fit for us. Not to mention the cost. If you're on the fence because you think the low price means low quality, I'd urge you to, at minimum, try the free trial and see if this app doesn't actually meet all of your needs. You might be surprised!

They’ve been incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and assist with any questions or concerns. Their support is top-notch, making it an easy recommendation for anyone looking to enhance their customer loyalty experience. I highly recommend this app to others!
This is the kind of loyalty program and rewards app I was looking from the beginning of my webshop. I'm very happy to have found this app as it's super easy to customize and translate to another language.
But the best I find here is the customer service: Chloe is AMAZING! Always helping and super kind. I want to say thank you so much for doing such a great work!
I'm writing a more updated review after using this app for a few days and was given it for free for lifetime. I'm forgoing the free offer to write this review and will be uninstalling the app shortly.
Customer service is helpful and earnest but I do find that asking for collaborator access to my store for every small issue is a little jarring. First issue I faced was the word Redeem not being in one line for the widget and the M falling to the 2nd line. There is no ability in the app to resize the font. Changing it to Claim worked for me but Customer service needed collaborator access to check on it. it's a size issue, i don't think you need to access my coding for that.
2nd issue was i marked positive for guests getting points. but after a few orders , some were guests some with accounts, orders were paid and marked fulfilled no points were entered and i had to do it manually. Chloe wanted access to check which this time I get it but I'm already a little turn off by this app due to other limitations. I am not able to export or import customer data on my own, i have to request support to do this. Entering points for 2000 over customers was exhausting, i have to open one by one, to go back to the first page, navigating to the next page again and again.
I think the app has promise but though i was given it for free for lifetime, this is a huge commitment. once the customers are earning and redeeming, it would be hard to get out of and if I have not much control and I have to ask CS for every single thing, this is becoming a chore.
