Absolutely flawless.....This app works to verify the customers age behind the scenes so they never know.....unless they aren't 21 of course. I reached out to support with a question and got a response within a few hours that included a resolution. If you are in need of this type of service I recommend BlueCheck 100% all day every day.

Unacceptable customer service. We had issues both with the service itself as well as with being charged fees during the free trial period. We reached out to BlueCheck numerous times by email, phone, and text and were ignored for more than a week (at which point we had no choice but to remove the app and file a billing dispute with Shopify). For us, solid customer service for this type of compliance app is important and we simply cannot work with a company that treats its customers this poorly.
