Great product and more importantly the customer service is fantastic! We take Age VERY seriously for our product. We were having an issue with fraud orders coming in, Tabby at Bluecheck was able to diagnose the issue and was even able to go into our store (with the appropriate permission granted) and remedy the issue in less than 24 hours.

Bluecheck was super easy to onboard with. Their team helped throughout the whole process.

The product is great as well. For something as seemingly difficult/complicated as age/id verification, they make it extremely smooth. Little to no effect on the customers' purchase journey, which is of course exactly what we were looking for.

Would recommend to anyone needing this type of service!!

The BlueCheck team has been one of the easiest vendors to work with. We have very few customers that run into issues, and every time we have brought up a problem, they either have a fix, are working on a fix, or will look into it and jump to action. They are a stand out solution for highly regulated businesses and we are very happy with them!
