Sounds like a really great product/app in theory although there are a number of operational limitations which the developers acknowledged and wouldn't fix.

Thanks for the feedback. After reviewing your store set-up extensively, we came to the conclusion that we wouldn't be able to support you with our app. We wanted to do this prior to starting a free-trial, as we didn't want to over-promise and under-deliver on our functionality.
We understand the frustration here, but want to confirm that this isn't based on our functionality limitations, but rather the specific scenario of trying to integrate Relo with a unique product set-up that didn't allow us to deliver our value-prop.
