BM: Country blocker IP blocker

I so very appreciate how timely and responsive you are to requests! I was curious if you had a way to export the store visitor log and boom - you came back with a solution. Thank you so much for making my job more efficient!

I would give 10 stars if possible. The app works 100% perfectly. Customer service is top-notch, responds quickly, and has helped us many times with bot attacks. I am very satisfied!

Great app and easy to use! I have other security apps, as well, but I love how BM country blocker has specialized features, such as no $0.00 checkouts, and also gives me the ability to block bad actors from my shop.

This app is great, my page was getting spammed with traffic from bots, suspicious vpns and countries that never buy anything or I don't sell to.
Very easy to set up block lists and you feel very much in control of who you want to have access to your shop. Excellent!

This app is amazing; it’s incredibly effective at blocking fraudulent bots and suspicious customers. This app (and the excellent support) are lifeservers...er, site savers! A massive BOT attack was leaving 100s of abandon carts and actual purchases ("card checking" scheme with low price purchases). Long story short: After trying several options to block the BOTs...I found the Armex App. Setting up the Firewall and proxy server was a bit complicated (for me, at least) however the Armex Firewall support team walked me through it.

We were being slammed with fake accounts and emails, all from other countries. This was very easy to set up and took our numbers down to our true customers. I check it about once a day to see if I need to add any countries to our blocked list and updating it is easy. Very happy with the app so far

This app is great, I had a lot of bots visiting my website which deflated our impressions and conversion rate, but with this app I was able to block majority of the bot locations

5 Stars for Outstanding Support — Even Without Using the App!

I downloaded this app but ultimately never needed to use it — yet I'm still giving it 5 stars, and here's why:

The support team went above and beyond from the start. They took the time to analyze the bot traffic on my Shopify store and quickly identified the real problem: most of the bots were hitting my checkout page directly. They explained that their app filters traffic on the storefront, but can't intercept traffic on the checkout page since that's controlled by Shopify.

Rather than leaving me stuck, they proactively recommended another solution — a WAF (web application firewall) that blocks bots before they even reach my store. I installed it, and it's been working great.

What really won me over was their honesty. When I asked whether it made sense to keep both apps running, they straightforwardly told me their app probably wasn't necessary for my situation — unless bot traffic started coming through my other pages. No upselling, no runaround.

That kind of integrity is rare. Highly recommend based on the support experience alone
