I installed BM to protect the store which I still building.
I sent a mail to the Customer Support, asking various questions and WOW what an answer I received: crystal clear on all points! Thank you Amy for precisely explaining all! Super!

Highly recommended! It really stopped the spam bots. The functionality is very comprehensive and useful. It has all the features that other apps have, plus many more powerful and practical features that other apps don't have. It can even help me block VPNs from specific regions, instead of all VPN users. Very satisfied.

Why?? Because not only does it work, but their support (thank you, Amy) is amazing!! Let me repeat...AMAZING!!
We've had a couple of issues that needed some extra tweaking, and the Boostymark team were on to it. I mean immediately!! And not only were they on to it, they provided us with in-depth explanations of the situation so our layman brains could try to understand what was happening.
So, if your site is having problems with bots, especially in regards to creating fake customer accounts, then please don't hesitate to use BoostMark. Plus, their pricing is more than worth it!

Everything described in their scope of work started working once the app installation was completely set up. The frustration from receiving loads of visitors daily for the past two months was not possible for a niche gift shop with a concentrated audience base. Also, it was a bot-driven situation skewing my shop analytics, and knowing that I market only in the USA, all visitors were from 90% IRAQ. The BM Blocker dashboard and app features are the best I have seen in an app for this type of resolution. I highly recommend it if you need a blocking solution for unwanted bot clicks.

Was have a problem with an unknown customer with a bogus email and questionable name enter our webstore and created all these abandoned cart records on our platform with no intentions to purchase.

Found the BM Country/IP Blocker and was able to set up perimeters to counteract this from happening. So far, so good!

Great so far. This has been helping me stop a group of hackers that has been targeting my shopify site.

Not only is this app the absolute best bot, country, and IP blocker, but the customer service at Boostymark is incredibly awesome. We were still in the free trial period and their support treated us like a paying customer. They helped us stop a fraudster who was using the Shopify checkout page for "Carding" (checking hundreds of credit card numbers to find valid ones). I cannot say enough good things about this company. So refreshing to see a great product at a great price with outstanding customer service. I would give them 10 stars of possible.
