Thank you very much for your review. It seems that you're currently blocking access from China and your own IP address is also from China, thus blocking your own access to the website. You can your own IP to the IP whitelist and there is also another way to reslove the issue, we attempted to contact you through your registered email address on Shopify, but the email failed to send. Useful APP. We are inundated with fraudulent order attempts. There are sometimes hundreds of active shopping carts with bots trying to check out. This app saved us. It blocks VPNs and proxies that are known for their malicious behavior, and it does a very good job. We have had zero issues since installing. This is a miracle.
