Yes, I highly recommend Country Blocker!
I have tried all 4/5 star apps that claim to block traffic from countries. This is the only one that has worked in all countries (especially China). The others "seem" to block China, but this one, when using the extension, really does block it. If you try of those apps, then make sure that you have a few different people in China test it for you. You will find that this one when used with the extension is the only one that consistently does it.
In addition, this app has the best interface, the most options, the most complete logging and responsive support.
And their support is responsive and really complete in answers.

This app works great at stopping countries from accessing your website. Many bad actors out there and this app stops them before they can access you website. You can white list, black list specific IP's as well. You can also block by IP or email if someone specifically targets your website. So far this is an awesome app!
