DO NOT download this app! They tried to charge me two days after downloading the app and it was for nothing. They tried to charge me $79 from my previous sales i have made with paid advertising, this app i pure scam!!!

Hello there! Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We emailed you about this issue already: as mentioned, we provided a full refund immediately upon receiving your support request.

Moreover, there is simply some confusion here about how our app's billing works. We bill based on Total Orders, store wide. This is because we are a data analytics and reporting tool. The app is not a scam, we have hundreds of happy customers.

Would you consider taking down this review as a result of the refund and the explanation above?

I was billed for using the it on the trial period. How will I get the money back? I installed it on july 13 and uninstalled on 19th. But you charged for 1 month. The App is good for writing blogs.

Hello! Although we are unsure of what exactly you are referring to, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. I can assure you that we did not do this intentionally! Would you please let us know what email address / support inbox you are referring to so we can make absolutely sure it doesn't happen again?

That being said, it looks like you only used Boardroom for 4 minutes before uninstalling the app, which I suspect means you didn't really use it at all. In light of this, are you willing to remove this review? We're a small business and a 1 star review is fairly detrimental to us. Thank you in advance!
