They continued to charge me for months after i uninstalled the app from shopify! Had constant issues with the app not syncing - more than twice a month! Every month at least 1-2 per month i had to email you! I used this fr over 4 years there were no extra terms when i signed up! Its obvious that it doesnt work if you need to cancel the subscription on a separate website! Shows it doesnt sync properly!
In accordance with section 4.8 of our terms and conditions, "Please note that uninstalling or deleting the App does not result in a cancellation of your subscription. Therefore, in the absence of you logging into your account and cancelling your subscription or written notification of cancellation to uAfrica in accordance with clauses 4.7.1 or 4.7.2 above, your subscription will remain active and you will continue to be liable for all charges in relation thereto."
We are happy to look into the syncing issues, as there could be a bug that our tech team can fix.
I have been using uAfrica with Shopify for a couple months and the service has been great - an all in one service for all our shipping needs.
Since installing this app we have very quickly moved up to the highest membership level as the savings we have garnered in courier fees through its implication are MASSIVE! :-) We are saving thousands each month on courier costs by utilising the UAfrica shipping solution.
Plus booking shipments and processing waybills is done in just a few easy clicks, the app imports all your waybill and shipping info from Shopify, plus it compares the rates of multiple couriers and you simply choose the cheapest one! We used to spend hours each day capturing waybill info and this now only takes a few seconds...

Having spent over 20 years in product distribution, uAfrica multi-channel and shipping solution is a refreshing change from the old way of doing things.
Simple to use, efficient and cost effective solution for online or conventional brick & mortar store shipping. Once you've used uAfrica, you'll wonder how you operated without it. There are a few minor issues which need to be addressed, such as having to hop between screens to see different information, when the information could easily be displayed on the same screen.
Fantastic, reliable service provider! Extremely easy to use & understand.

No accountability, we get pushed from uafrica to courier and both blame the other, if you are going to have companies that do your deliveries you need to be accountable.
I use uAfrica to ship my orders to clients. Linking it with my shopify has honestly made my life soooo much easier. I love the app, I love its convenience. I love the variety of courier companies available at the click of a button.
Integration is easy and the app does what it needs to. The only thing required is for the app to handle overseas delivery as well. Spoken to all three the courier companies used by UAfrica and they all do overseas delivery, why not make this available, this will boost my sales.
