This app (for AFAS, Asperion, Factuursturen, Minox, Rompslomp, WeFact) connects your Shopify webshop to your administration. Because the orders are transferred automatically to your administration you don’t have to manually type data. This is a real-time connection. You indicate when a Shopify order is transferred: When it is created, paid or partially paid. The correct product/price/customer-details are transferred. The application looks like it is made before the 2000's and it behaves like it is this old. I was trying to get it intergrated with "Rompslomp" and after invalid licence keys lots of emails with their support it was supposed to work. So i go and check why the orders are not processed in rompslomp and this application shows "Invalid authentication". You are better off spending your time to manually put the orders in your accounting software then using this application. Update: Na hulp van Joost werkt de koppeling nu goed. Het is wat lastig instellen vooral als het met licentiesleutels misgaat. Maar als het eenmaal werkt dan is het wel erg makkelijk
Unfortunately we agree with the low score review. There were a lot of technical problems in this specific case which we identified too late. As this is exceptional we will contact the customer and offer to connect his Shopify shop to the accounting system and offer a full month monitor period. Every customer is important to us and we hope to get him up and running and save time for him.
I'm using the app to send invoices from shopify to factuursturen and it works flawless. No remarks and responses from support are very quick.
